Which reminds me in a couple of ways (remember, you gotta read blogs backwards) of this painting of maybe three years ago, only seen by a few. After Hope Hackett's famous St. Nevis photo. A pre-Katrina, pre-apocalypse scene. Today it's Hurricane Dean sweeping the Yucatan. Hope still springs from the avocado sprig in the right foreground...
